About Us

Vietnam's history would not be complete without the influences from the Chinese and French. La Cai, or La Caze in French, was a province in Vietnam during the 1850’s to 1950’s. The street was filled with bars, clubs, restaurants, and many other leisure activities which became quite the attraction and was known as the entertainment district. While this place no longer exists, we've adopted the name, La-Cai, in hope to reminiscence a time of delicious food, great friends, and unforgettable memories. And ever since the opening of the restaurant, we had many fond memories and made great customers and friends. It is in our intention to keep La-Cai Noodle House as a local niche where there are always good food, friendly service and great conversations.
